As we begin 2026, we are excited to share some wonderful news.

YOUNGSCIENCE has been officially selected as a 2026 Youth Employment Strong Small Enterprise, an honor awarded by the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL).

Out of companies nationwide, only 224 organizations were selected this year — and we are proud that YOUNGSCIENCE has been recognized for its competitiveness and commitment to its people.

📍 What is a “Youth Employment Strong Small Enterprise”?

This government certification recognizes small and medium-sized companies

that offer excellent working conditions preferred by young professionals and demonstrate outstanding performance in talent development.

Certified companies undergo a rigorous evaluation process and receive official recognition and support from the government.

 

💡 A Thorough On-Site Evaluation Process

The selection process was far from simple.

Last November, two evaluation committee members visited our company and conducted an in-depth on-site inspection lasting over an hour.

✔️ Documentation Verification
The committee carefully reviewed whether our welfare programs and performance-based compensation systems submitted during the application process were being transparently implemented in practice.

✔️ Work Environment Assessment
From employee lounges to office spaces, they evaluated whether our workplace provides a comfortable, collaborative, and youth-friendly environment.

✔️ Employee Interview
An interview was conducted with Assistant Manager Subin Ji from the FAG-FAS Team, who shared honest insights about her experience at YOUNGSCIENCE. Her genuine feedback played an important role in achieving this recognition.
