TheraPRO^® CHO Expansion Medium supports the growth and viability of GS-CHO cells from revival, subculture and transfection, prior to scale up into production. Establishing a viable starting culture of CHO cells is essential for a successful production run. The TheraPRO^® CHO Expansion Medium is chemically defined and optimized to be used with the TheraPRO^® CHO Production Medium and Feed, to ensure a seamless transition from revival to production preparation. All components of the TheraPRO^® CHO Media System are manufactured in ISO 13485 certified facilities in accordance with GMP and are accompanied by a Drug Master File (DMF) and assistance with regulatory submissions.
