KGM^® Keratinocyte Growth Medium has been optimized for the proliferation of keratinocytes in a serum-free and calcium-free environment. Keratinocytes cannot survive in a completely calcium free system. Contact Scientific Support for information on the calcium requirements of keratinocytes.
