SAGM^TM BulletKit^® is small airway epithelial cell growth medium that is serum-free and has been optimized to grow human small airway epithelial cells (SAEC) from normal and diseased tissue.

Published research shows SAGM^TM BulletKit^® Small Airway Epithelial Cell Growth Medium is also suitable to support co-culture experiments with primary mammary epithelial cells (HMEC) as well as established breast cancer cell lines such as MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231.
