PGM^TM-2 Preadipocyte Growth Medium-2 BulletKit^® Medium provides both a proliferation medium and a differentiation medium guaranteed to induce differentiation into mature, functionally active adipocytes. 

Each bottle of the PGM-2^TM BulletKit^® Medium contains enough differentiation medium to fully differentiate 10 million preadipocytes (10 complete 96-well plates) into mature, functionally active adipocytes. The PGM^TM-2 Medium is offered as a BulletKit^® Medium (catalog no. PT-8002) which includes both the basal medium and the necessary supplements for both proliferation and differentiation of preadipocytes. The basal medium (PGM^TM-2 Basal Medium; catalog no. PT-8202) and the necessary supplements (PGM^TM-2 SingleQuot^® Kit; catalog no. PT-9502) can also be purchased individually.
