Overview

The UniFuge Mini is a user-friendly, automated batch centrifuge for low-shear separation of mammalian, bacterial, and insect cell lines. This scaled-down version of the UniFuge Pilot is perfect for cleanrooms, laminar flow hoods, and benchtops. It features a single-use module (rotor and separation chamber) and integral tube set that comes pre-gamma irradiated to ensure easy installation, clean-up, and disposal, making it ideal for de-risking scale-down studies before transitioning to larger-scale bioprocesses.

  • Low noise level (below 80dB) during operation
  • Continuous discharge of supernatant and intermittent discharge of cell culture
  • Reduces host cell proteins and other contaminants
  • Compatible with various processing volumes and concentration targets
  • Designed for fluid transfer with temperatures in the range of 4-38 °C (39-100 °F)

The UniFuge Mini centrifuge has two module size options. The Micro module enables smaller volume processing at a reduced flow rate, and the Mini module offers a larger discharge volume. Choose the module that supports the desired concentration factor and intended application.
